Your coaching will consist of one 45-60 minute phone call or Zoom meeting and unlimited emails every week to go over your situation, follow up with any action items, and determine next steps. In addition, you will be given one or more journaling topics, self-assessments, or additional readings to help you focus on adapting to the changes you're going through.
